Work crews usually have days to set up for Commencement at Carolina, but because of the Tar Heels' home football game against Florida State, they only had hours to get ready for the Class of 2020's graduation ceremony.
Their work through the night and into sunrise and beyond is captured in this time-lapse video, which shows Kenan Stadium as it fills and empties for a football game, witnesses the set up of a stage and thousands of chairs, then fills once again with members of the Class of 2020 and their families.
