‼️‼️don’t like pork ? No problem enjoy with beef stew
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork butt roast/shoulder
2 lbs country style ribs
Salt to taste
2 bay leaves
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 onion
6 trims tomatoes
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 jalapeños
2 serranos
8-10 árbol
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Pinch ground cloves
2 cups water
2 hatch or Anaheim peppers
15 oz sweet corn
4 calabacitas (Mexican squash)

I don't eat meat, so A lot of Mexican cuisine is closed for me. Claudia has lots of techniques and sauces I can use and convert to vegetarian...hope that's not Heresy:)
