You will not eat ketchup and mayonnaise after trying this sauce. You can also use it as a dipping sauce. It goes great with chips.
Materials
800 ml. milk
350 gr. cheddar cheese
100 gr. flour
100 gr. butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
You can adjust the consistency of the sauce by increasing or decreasing the milk. I love this style.
