Father Amorth fought Fascists in WW2 and Pope John Paul II stood against Communists in the Cold War. These two must have been a formidable pair.

The movie was good. I have read Amorth's books. There is certainly some Hollywood in this film but it is well done. Give the books a read and you may appreciate this movie a little more

@@jchea1764 - i saw it at the theater...and again since i bought the bluray...dont listen to haters of the film...clearly it is not like the original Exorcist and it is not trying to be like the original Exorcist....Russell Crowe is great and there are some moments of humor. I enjoyed it enough to buy the bluray. The movie leaves room for a possible sequel...i hope so. 😎
