Claud is a European restaurant and wine bar located in the underground depths of the East Village 🍽️🍷
Owned jointly by Chase Sinzer, the wine connoisseur, and Joshua Pinsky, the head chef, both alumni of the Michelin 2-starred Momofuku Ko, they bring a wealth of experience from working together.
Being run by veterans from Momofuku Ko, the restaurant garnered immense attention upon its opening and continues to thrive as a popular spot. In its debut year, Claud earned the prestigious title of the top wine bar and even secured a three-star rating from the New York Times.
Anticipating more excitement, Claud is set to unveil a seafood Raw Bar on the upper floor later this year!
