At 2:00 the mother seems alert to some kind of threat. It's getting dark and she doesn't want the baby too far from the herd's protection. But the baby is like all kids at the pool; "NO I DON'T WANNA GO HOME!".

I could totally hear mom muttering, "Stubborn ass kid" to herself under her breath lol.

The terrible 2's

Someone once said that Elephants are almost like people. I've always liked the idea, and this proves babies are very similar to human toddlers having a tantrum. I never wanted to get out of my baths, but I did. No tantrum, my late mother put fear in me to listen to her. I was a spanked child. The year or two before she died I just got over the flinch. She was so upset with herself that she was the one who caused it.

These elephants are better Mothers than humans could ever be😐🤨
