What a shame camera misses most of the overtakes between most important two riders!!!! And what a drama for the better rider to come second every time. Unfair that only 500m straight is enough for Ducati to come from behind and get the better position at the entrance of the curve. Toprak’s overtakes of Bautista requires mastery that I don’t think anybody else has it including Bau himself.

Pity Toprak, he was disappointed because of the red flag. Anyway congratulations to bautista..

Toprak spends a lot of effort to pass Alvaro twice but Alvaro spends less to pass back Toprak. He's 169cm tall and only weights 60kg. With him on the Duc, power to weight ratio is really a huge advantage!! Rinaldi for e.g. is 180cm tall and weights 75kg, Toprak is 182cm and 72kg. So Rinaldi and Toprak are physically closer to each other but between two, Toprak is faster. IMO that's the point that shows us the bike performance difference between Yamaha vs. Duc...Now, that also means Alvaro's using his weight and being tiny as an advantage! It's that obvious!... Even Toprak's monstrous riding skills, there's nothing to do...Let's be honest, if we were talking about jockeys who doesn't ride horses made of steel but real horses, animals...Yes that was ok, but on a race with real machines, I believe WSBK should make a rule that power to weight raito should have a base level that every team and manufacturer must obey. Because of that, even if BMW team will give Toprak a proper bike, hel'll probably be on 2nd place again, like this year. So the real challange here is on the BMW side. It may be great for BMW to suddenly jump to 2nd row in the competition, but it's probably not gonna be OK for Toprak even he'll earn more. An upset and routine way of racing would not make him carry on. So, in short, in 2024 it's not enough for BMW if they'll do their best, they must be "Über Alles"! 💥They must exceed their limits to break the boring Ducati championship ritual.. As a WSBK fan, I'd like to see the excitement back. Good luck BMW & Toprak 🤘

comments on here are weird.....Bautista just passed Toprak (for the 2nd time) they are neck and neck all the time, last year included. Bautista won the race (again) and they are obviously the two best riders, switch bikes and I bet it is still the same two at the front........Bautista is the Champion and winning races still, its not the bike, quit pretending Toprak is at a disadvantage, that is ridiculous.
