Twinkie is so humble and sweet, but her gift is AMAZING!!! She has sacrificed, written and arranged some of the most beautifully anointed music. I love that she is getting her flowers while she can still smell them!! Well Deserved!

Just seeing Twinkie receive her flowers while she's still with us, above ground rather than below, fills my heart with joy. Too often, we fail to celebrate our legends until they've passed on. Yet, witnessing this woman, who has given and sacrificed so much for the greater good, is truly worth honoring and celebrating. Side note: The humility this woman exudes is remarkable. When asked to brag about herself, did you notice she never once boasted? We must celebrate her because there truly is no one on Earth quite like her, not just in talent but also in humility. She has received every prestigious award known to man, including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and has been inducted into the Hammond Organ Hall of Famer and yet and still remains humble and that's worth celebrating and honoring. #MyFavTwinkie

I met Sister Twinkie when she was at the house of a producer I was working with. I was so impressed that she was so down to earth. I was nervous about singing around her because I was way out of her league, but she was very courteous and encouraging to me. Yes, she is the G.O.A.T musically, but she is also a Godly kind woman!

I guess that means avoiding the credit from the Holy Spirit but that thing she got is like 🔥 fire shut up in her bones. If I was a legitimate pastor of any kind, called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ I would not have a job that would ask me to not express the joy of my salvation. Great job Twinkie.
