Sorry to hear that :( The best user for this weapon is Sigewinne, but apart from Sigewinne, you can use it on Diona, or maybe Yelan (if you don’t Aqua Simulacra or any good ER bow to give her).

@@critdude I’m using Venti’s signatured weapon on my yelan which is good substitute for Aqua due to it’s energy recharge. I don’t have a choice to level up my Diona

Her personal bow is way more better than this, or even Favonius Bow is better than this.

I'd say it can be good for yelan. Personally i'm giving her siegwinne's bow because i want to give the r2/3 aqua i have to an actual dps. Plus i am going c1 yelan to reduce ER needs and right now. [Seriously even with xingqiu she needs WWWAAYYY TOO MUCH!]

@@nobody-xh6ii That’s why Favonius bow is a really good option on her at c0. It gives a huge 61.3% ER from the sub-stat and also generates 6 energy particles from the passive. And since 4pc emblem set is her best in slot artifact set, giving her more energy will actually result in more burst damage. Yes, you can go for c1 if you want to reduce ER requirements, but c0 Yelan with favonius bow is enough most of the time.

Since you already got this weapon, apart from Sigewinne, you can use it on Diona, or maybe Yelan (if you don’t Aqua Simulacra or any good ER bow to give her).

Its not. Its one of the 2 hp% weapons and works for hp scalers. This isn't the catalyst where they have everything or even polearm
