Lee, in terms of continuing TAH, I've thought for a while that there should be an Asher House Foundation. That foundation could not only fund TAH after you're gone, but it could also provide grants to other rescues in need. You have over 500K subscribers here, if most of those people gave $2, that would be over $1 million. If your facebook subscribers chipped in, that could be enough to establish the foundation and keep the dream going. You could do a "gala" once a year which you could broadcast and people could pledge. You arent going anywhere. But a foundation can ensure that the dream goes on.

It's great to know there are more rescues coming up with the new locations. I support the right to rescue animals.

I understand needing time as my husband and I have not taken a couple trip in decades as we've rescued many cats and some dogs over the years. I can only imagine the amount of work your house takes each day.

Their hearts break every day, bodies ache, sleepless, and they never think they did enough. Animals need all of our help, not just a few.
