I think it’s normal to feel this way especially with the two years we’ve had & I feel most people feel this way. Thank you for being so raw & honest. It’s hard not to compare yourself to your peers but your on an adventure & in 30 years time you’ll be so happy you did it. The 9 to 5 grind will always be there. For someone who’s much older than you I can attest to this. I had plans like yours & was too scared to do it & then life got in the way. You can’t leave a house, mortgage & job once it starts. I envy your courage in this adventure. You are gorgeous and honestly a few kilos doesn’t detract from who you are but I get being uncomfortable. Can I also suggest in terms of content that I live the chats but I also love when you show us Lisbon. The mandate and also the differences in Lisbon would be wonderful to see. I live Lisbon & there’s so much to see & do. All the best

I’ve gained like 30kg since I attended grad school in US and I totally relate to that feeling, becuz of all the stress and study burden. But life’s got to move on and only me myself can solve the problem I created. Cheers mate! Let’s lose weight together🤗

Hi Viola, I am new to your channel. Honestly, in this video it looked like you were talking through me since I have been feeling the same for a very long time now and there is still a lot of uncertainty in my life. Although it might sounds weird, it is comforting to see that other people feel similar and that I am not alone or crazy haha But as you said, it is important to have a positive attitude, so 💪we can!

I feel the exact same way as you. So sending you a virtual hug. I'm stuck in the uk desperate to get to Portugal. And I thought creating content, being able to work for myself would be the best way to do it and feel like the hard work I put in isn't enough. And then comparison get to me and I think I should be working hard. The eating is definitely a thing I do too. I had and continue to have to idea to exercise since first lockdown... Still hasn't happened. Thanks for this video. It is nice to know that I am not alone and want to let you know that your not alone either. Things will get better. 🤞🤞

One thing I really liked in this video is that you are completely honest bcz it's not something we often see on social media. Audience watch the bright side and think that this is normal life and it should happen in our lives as well. Life is a combination of highs and lows. You are feeling low nowadays and there will be days when you will getup and start feeling high again and those days aren't far away. Everything's gonna be fine. Be strong and be straight. Cheers 🍻

Thank you for sharing. I feel the exact same way and I'm sure that I am a good 20 years older than you. I have just found your content, as I am planning a move to Portugal. Let me just say; that self-evolution never ends. You will feel this way again at another point in your life, but perhaps the path becomes clearer, sooner? Kudos to you for being an explorer!

Thank you so much for sharing this, I've been having a similar feeling ever since graduating from Oxford last summer. Just been struggling with transitioning from a student, feeling confused with career plan etc so can definitely resonate with you. Definitely feels better to know that loads of people are going through a similar situation ❤ sending you lots of love and hopefully your ankle becomes better soon xx

I love the fact you are really honest about life. I also had to struggle and figure life out for a long time. But I finally did it, had so many answers that I gonna share soon. I am planning to visite Portugal and maybe move there, your vids were very helpful and maybe you can show me around in Lisbon once I visite :D It is ok to feel like crap sometimes, you just have to go towards what makes you feel happy. And that sounds cliché but it goes wayyyyyyyyyy deeper and with infinite possibilities that you dont see yet, but they come I promise ^^

Oh Viola as a much older person I can see a lady really beating herself up and there is no need. Your ankle is obviously getting you down. Health issues do that to everyone and then the daily grind of work on top. I am sure there is nothing fundamentally wrong with you as you have achieved so much already and you are only young! so much more life to come. You tube views yes well I think the Oxford Uni factor- anything on Oxford is so popular and your videos were and are and I think for every ex Oxford you tuber views inevitably go down but please don't stop because of that. I have always enjoyed your films so please continue.
