I've also been through the mental health treadmill and learned that being truthful with myself and others is essential to healing, a process I'm still going through. Why do we do it? Ask Ren, or rather hear his answer it's in money Game 1 & 2 (warning he hates left/right tribalism he's not picking sides). They are short you can watch them back to back, in fact most will prefer that.

as someone else commented, no brain bleed (to my knowledge), but even after getting the right diagnosis, he had many years of his 20s extracted from him, where he was literally bedridden for 23 hrs a day, up to 8 months at a time, for years. he's explained that he gets his energy from PEOPLE and interacting, performing. he had 1 year w/just 1 performance... here's the thing: you take an introvert and thrust him into the public too much and they BREAK. we get our energy from isolation, so take that ability away for too long and we get broken. conversely, take an extrovert and lock him in a room for too long, guess what happens? nodding at this song, i don't doubt that the isolation and resulting injury to his psyche did NOT speed his recovery in the slightest, even after getting the right diagnosis. cheers fr. las vegas

There are a lot of suggestions out there for what to listen to next with REN. Those suggestions are good, but are also the most popular on KZfaq currently. I would highly recommend the lesser known "Crucify Your Culture" and "Ocean." Both have a completely different feel to the 3 you've heard so far.

I think it’s both mankind’s destructive nature and the selfish nature that is dooming us. I’ve had discussions for decades about the need to conserve our natural resources and to stop consuming with avarice beyond the need to sustain ourselves. And have had more than one person tell me that they didn’t care, they’d be dead before it got that bad. On a positive note, the younger generations seem to be catching on and changing behaviors that will help slow the decay, but until we have mass rejection of consumerism and waste, we are moving still towards destruction and not repair.

You seem to like those one line phrases of wisdom and when you know someone who tries to tear you down, I’ve heard it described as “No one is a prophet in his own house” and it’s hard to get someone who knows you to believe in you sometimes. You have the proper response in your final words in each video as to what they can do if they don’t like you. What you are doing can’t be easy and it takes a certain level of courage to actually give an honest take on anything. I like your channel and you wanted support or constructive criticism, but my advice I feel falls in the middle. That is to not worry about telling others you are new and bear with you while you figure out how to do this. Do it your own way. Be honest to you and your fans on here and make your own path. I have enough reactors already doing vanilla style. Throw a little pistachio in there and do it your way!!
