If it was a mole, she would have noticed THE MOMENT it happened, not when she was handed the mirror. A mole has tons of nerve endings. A skin tag is connected by a tiny fragment, thus she didn't feel it until she saw it. Plus, it was clearly a SKIN TAG. And anytime skin is broken, an Urgent Care will prescribe an antibiotic cream. The Plaintiff didn't even go to see anyone until a week before the case. I love how the Judge reprimanded her for abusing the court system to try and cash in😂.

The dermatologist will charge you a few hundred bucks for removing a skin tag. There are a ton of products and methods for removing skin tags. No one Wants a skin tag on their face, and she's anything but damaged.

They still don't show the exact moment when that skin tag was removed, and for all we know, you had it removed and then went and got your lip threaded so that you could try and bring this lawsuit. Stop it. Courts have ACTUAL cases to try.

Moles are nearly impossible to remove on your own. You cant remove them without deeply cutting into the skin. They usually are not raised or painful. They are usually harmless. Removing them causes a scar and they sould not be removed unless a doctor does it as abnormally large moles are a sign of cancer. I had to get one removed. Its very painful.

Plus a mole requires laser to get it out you can’t just thread it or clip it out 🙄 But for me I prefer threading over waxing. Threading makes it easier to shape and thin out the eyebrows. Everytime I wax, I’m never satisfy with the outcome because my eyebrows are always left uneven and most time the person doing it doesn’t even get all the baby hair I always have to pluck it myself when I get home it irritates me 😡 plus the price for waxing is ridiculous these days.

I beg to differ with the defendant. Threading is uncomfortable and can be painful as hell. I went to get my eye brows threaded and that was THE LAST TIME! The lady suggested I remove the hair on my upper lip and the sides of my face. I let her do it and that was the worst decision ever! That thread hit some of my moles! When I tell you I yelped soooo loudly and the tears flowed from my eyes from that pain!! 😂😂😂 I told her stoppppppp! I was done. I had blood all on the sides of my face. She removed several moles, and i have NO IDEA how she didn't see my moles. ON another note, to sue for $5000 is RIDICULOUS!!

I've had at least 6 or 7 skin tags removed from my neck. They just pop up whenever they feel like it on people. I've also had over 1,123 moles removed. This woman should be thanking the lady for taking that skin tag off. It looked awful and now she's just trying to get money for something her insurance wouldn't have covered because skin tage removal is considered cosmetic. She got hers removed for FREE because it got in the way.

People remove their own skin tags. They have products to do it at home. You don't need to go to Dr unless it becomes infected. I'm a nurse and that was definitely a skin tag. Who wants those
