Jesus Christ dude I can tell you and geek went all out with this. The editing is so amazing as well as script writing and general direction. I think it's hard to make someone want to experience a game for themself after seeing a summary of it, and while the game itself lends to that, it's also the video essayist that makes that possible. I think the way the game was portrayed so beautifully is so helpful for that. It felt less like I was watching some random dude explain shit to me and more like I was seeing what the game really is. Plus some random dude explaining shit to me but I think you get what I mean. The immersion in your videos has become so so amazing and so impressive. I don't think I've seen stuff like it before tbh. Not to mention, the immersion is also a great help to attention span. I only checked my phone like once during a 50 minute video which is insanely impressive lol. i absolutely love the way you utilize your greenscreen, or editing the lighting so it looks like youre actually in the environment. Not a lot of youtubers use a green screen as creatively as you do, only a background for facecams. Even the ones that actively stand, dont truly use it to make themselves feel immersed in the environment and interact with the world outside from "point at word"

Bioshock will always be the game I point to when people say that video games can't be art. Bioshock is drenched in so much visual storytelling that's not possible in a movie or a show (or at least not to the extent that bioshock accomplished). With a timeless visual style that still looks good to this day, an atmosphere that fills the player with both terror and a morbid sense of curiosity. Along with an ingenious twist that everyone should experience (and I'm really glad I never got spoiled on). This game is nothing short of a masterpiece. Great job, Bizly!! This video was fantastic, keep up the great work. I would love to see more retrospectives of other games in this style.

I know everyone has said this but the editing and the immersion of you being in the game its incredibly cool I played bioshock very recently (like a week ago) and felt myself being so impacted by the story and the morality of it. I went into the game not knowing anything about it except you were making this video and I was blown away by the story and its settings i never played a game so quickly purely because i was so invested in knowing what happened to rapture and its downfall by power hungry people, I think theres one random audio message that says something along of the lines of “even in a world were everyone builds themselves up someone is still gotta clean the toilets” which weirdly sticks because its something not really thought about until its said i guess ill somewhat thank you for being the sole reason i actually sat down and played the game because its probably one of my favourites games so far to have played :D
