He’s a wolf because all ‘shadows’ in Elden Ring are loyal wolf-man servants given to Empyreans (like Rani, Melania, etc.) by the Fingers. Maliketh is basically the exact same as Blaidd, just far older and more experienced and cooler design lol

I mean we don't know shadows are exclusively wolves, its just we literally only have 1 other (Blaidd) as an example. Vargram or whatever his name is somewhat supports it with his raging wolf set, but he literally had no clue what he was doing, thinking he could just become one when their whole thing is they're tailor made by the Fingers for their Empyrean

I love that Max0r took the time to learn how Siofra is pronounced. A lot of people, myself included, have pronounced it incorrectly for so long. I hadn't even realized it was pronounced that way despite being of Gaelic origin.

I actually found the real Mohg to be one of the most difficult bosses in the game

It's not. It's just that you fight him 60 levels earlier and in a more cramped space. He's a harder fight for where he's placed on the average players journey. You normally fight real Mohg either before or after Malenia and usually after Maliketh and they're both harder fights. Sewer Mohg is about on par with Morgott. I'd say he's probably a little harder than Morgott. But by the time you reach real Mohg you've mastered the game. You're a much better player, you have experience fighting sewer Mohg AND you have a tonne more tools at your disposal (Summons, different options for buffs, bleed/frost/rot or status) that you likely weren't using back when you were at sewer Mohg.

@TheUltimateShade667 In what world would you ever go to the Haligtree or Farum Azula before Mohgwyn Palace? Sewer Mohg has a tiny arena, is encountered much earlier, only has 400-ish less health than the real Mohg, and is _immune to all status effects._ He's absolutely the harder version of the fight.

Here's my theory: Empyrean shadows aren't just wolves, they're all half wolves. Blaidd: Half wolf and half man. Maliketh: Half wolf and half lion.

This is incorrect. Maliketh is a beast, you can find many mummified beasts that look like him in Farum Azula and Beast Sanctum. His title in the beast religion is Beast Clergyman. Blaidd, in comparison, is unique with no others that look like him, and he's called a half-wolf. Vargram was straight up a human, he just wore armor styled after a wolf. Maliketh is, in universe, compared to a wolf, but he belongs to a separate species.

22:10... I know I'm late with this comment, but yeah, Maliketh is a dog. He's actually a wolf. Wolves are like... holy beasts to the Empyreans. And any of the Empyreans who are canidates to take Marika's place recieve a "Shadow". Ranni the Witch recieved Blaidd, a character you meet, befriend, and ultimately kill during Ranni's storyline. Marika recieved Maliketh. It seems like all the "Shadows" are some form of wold or wolf-person. Side Note: Elden Ring has a DLC coming sometime in the (hopefully) near future called Shadow of the Erdtree. Based off the name, people think it might have something to do with the actual Shadows, not just a physical shadow.

When I was playing Elden Ring, I encountered the Black Blade Kindred boss the first time at the beastial sanctum was, me being a dummy, I thought the boss was just a statue and I had my back turned when I was taking care of an enemy so I didn't know that he was starting to move and when I turned around, this boss was already gunning towards me and it scared the absolute hell out of me, he killed me instantly because I didn't heal all the way. But I didn't get even get mad because he scared me and I couldn't help but laugh out of pure shock

I know this is an old vid but bro if you meant that you beat the game with elenoras pole blade, if you didn’t know it’s one of the most broken weapons in the game an super underrated, if scaled properly it’s so disgusting, so no it’s not a c tier weapon, it’s easily an s plus weapon, so you didn’t make the game harder you made it easier lol (Ik this because I also melted most bosses with this very weapon)
