Today we're joined by Celal Al - husband, father, and Turkish actor most widely known for his role as the legendary warrior Abdurrahman Alp/Gazi in the globally successful Diriliş Ertugrul and Kuruluş Osman drama series.

Usman Majid that was fun to watch. I smiled throughout the interview! Celal is a very humble being. A lot to take from him as a person and his role as Abdurrahman Gazi. I’ll always have fond memories of watching Ertugrul with my dad. It was our father-daughter bonding session. Loved every bit of it 😀

Great interview! I had to laugh when you asked for an 'Abdurrahman Slap'- one of the endearing and enduring things about this great character. Love these great dramas and all of the things they taught me about Islam and the history of Turkey. Mashallah!

We love all the characters,the goodies and the baddies.They are all first class actors.The high standards of morality send a message to the world,irrespective of the religion or lack of it of the individual.Together the “good”characters in the series promote respect and appreciation for Islam,which in view of the bad behavior of part of their co-religionists is praiseworthy to the extreme.These actors,by promoting Islam as a religion of high moral standards must be seen and appreciated as role models for their people as well as people in general. It is a shame,that Europe has removed Resurrection seasons one to four from Netflix.

Yes, sometimes the producers make these decisions with a variety of characters, and other times, actors simply want to leave to join other projects hence the early deaths.
