It's the quality of English we learn, or the institution we study. Maybe she is used to study with lots of foreign students in Dubai or one of her parents might have an accent. I personally know this, because some of my high class friends, who do have an accent and they are going to international schools. Sometimes I have seen Iswarya rai is using some would say 'Fake accent' but I absolutely adore her and I think I she has to use that for some extent as she is an International icon.
