I think the reason there isn’t a sense of urgency in PoT is because there are things to do other than running for your life and desperately looking for food.

Steg is definitely a bruiser when it comes to duking it out with other midtiers. In my time playing him, i've learned to almost not even bother with the charged attack. Most carnivores with some experience know to just stay away until you release it, and then attack during that 3 second cooldown window where you're helpless. Only other thing that's really bad about him is his slooow health regen.

Beaver I gotta say. Stego in this game is a defence orientated Dino and plays best if u stand still with u back to them primarily on a cliff side or anything where a dino can’t attack ur front side or anywhere where a group of say Cera’s or any packed dino can’t gang up on either side of you. - stego’s have really really good turning speed when in Precise movement due to its leg ability where it gives I think it’s 50% turn speed. Probably could’ve worded that so much better and less confusing but hey ho. Yea it can be quite boring and sometimes you just wanna Charge straight at em I can’t blame u. Was just saying this in case u didn’t know about the turn movement

You messed up a bit with the Gigas by running and using your stam, only need to use the stam when avoiding the charge bites. Stegs damage really makes up for it's weaknesses. Take your time and you could have at least taken one. But it's all well and good saying this but in the moment things go differently.

Hey Beavs quick note, one of the mod teams on path of titans is making a trex and it's super close to release. The trello states that all that's left is skin painting idk if they'll do testing or just release it so id predict it'll be out within this month

6:26 Easy answer there. In PoT you only growth progress. In the isle you could just have 6 hours of play time ripped away from you
