Really helpful content, I like to understand how much technical know how is need and how to deal with sw developers who asks far too technical solution questions and questioning even the requirements brought up from the stakeholders ... I am struggling here very often as the devs are very mature and somehow want to influence on this part as well - it does impact heavily my self-confidence 😢

Great question! Having clear meeting agendas and outcomes, so you are really clear on what needs to be accomplished can really help. If it continues to be a challenge, I'd also have a conversation with this developer about holding their ideas early on while your goal is to uncover the business need and business process.

This is good but you just mentioned the different items needed for each section without talking about the different items / documentation needed at each level of the framework. You talked about UAT etc. I need info - at this step you need to create this document. Etc.

As I mentioned in my other comment, the deliverables will be highly dependent on the methodology and expectations in place inside your organization. So your next step is to understand your organization's methodology or expectations.

@@BridgingtheGapBA I’m a business systems consultant - not a project manager and to be honest - it’s the project team / business analysts that do most of these. Anyway I have been able to find what I was looking for in another KZfaq video soo thanks for your response - much appreciated.
