Hey everybody! I hope you liked this video on Kenny Beats. It was really interesting to go into his background, learn about LOUDPVCK, Berklee, etc. He's a great producer, easily one of my favorite in the rap game right now. I think what I like most about trap music, in general, is the electronic feeling. I am more of a pop and electronic guy myself, but trap has been growing on me a lot. Vince Staples has to be one of my favorite hip-hop artists mainly due to the production. Once I heard FM!, I had to know who produced it and that's how I found Kenny. His beats are some of the best I've heard in modern hip-hop and I can't wait for his career to blow up even bigger.

Kenny and Rico came to Syracuse University to open for Khalid, I went for them. I loved the energy they brought. They did one song together on stage, Cheat Code and they energy they bing together is unrivaled. Love them both

Honestly I'm glad he's doing his passion of hip-hop, but those EDM checks were probably hitting so nice. those DJ event checks can pay out big, a lot of producers don't even get paid their dues, but those live DJ gigs are big bucks. I'm sure he's still doing more than fine with all his placements.
