A full introduction to the Metta Bhavana meditation practice followed by a 25 minute guided meditation.
This is one of the two meditations taught at Triratna Buddhist Centres around the world, and is a practice and is a practice through which one transforms one's emotions into the positive, bright, expansive and other regarding emotions of goodwill and friendliness.
