🫑 STUFFED PEPPERS RECIPE:
200g onion in quarters
1 clove of garlic (optional)
50g green bell pepper
200 g canned crushed tomato
50g olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sweet paprika (colored chili or paprika)
1 pinch of ground cayenne pepper
4 red California-type peppers (approx. 200 g each)
250 g of seasoned minced meat (the meat you prefer)
150g round grain rice
100g frozen peas

PREPARATION
Put the onion, garlic, pepper, tomato, oil, salt, sweet paprika and cayenne in the glass. Chop 5 SEC/VEL 5 and sauté 7 MIN/120°C/VEL 1. Meanwhile, cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds being careful not to break them. Reserve.
Add the minced meat, mix with the spatula so that it does not remain in a block and fry 5 MIN/120°C/VEL 1.
Add the rice, peas and sauté 5 MIN/120°C/VEL 1.
Add 100 g of hot water, mix with the spatula and fill the peppers with the mixture from the glass, trying to distribute it evenly. Distribute them between the tray and the Varoma container, cover and reserve.
Put in the glass 800 g of hot water. Place the Varoma in its position and program 40 MIN/VAROMA/VEL 1. Remove the Varoma, place the peppers in a dish and serve immediately.

👩🏼🍳 INSTANT POT YOGURT RECIPE:
Ingredients:
3 liters of semi-skimmed milk
1 plain yogurt
preparation:
Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and add the milk.
Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the vapor release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the YOGURT feature twice until the word “Boil” appears. After a few seconds a sharp sound will indicate that the pot has started to heat.
At the end of boiling, the Instant Pot® will sound again (approximately 20 minutes after the starting sound). Press CANCEL and turn steam release valve to “Venting”. Once all pressure is released, open the lid. Remove the bowl and let the milk cool down for 10 minutes.
In a cup, dissolve the yogurt with a little of the warm milk. Once well dissolved, add to the previous milk mixture and stir.
Put on and lock the lid following the instructions in step 2. Press the YOGURT function twice and set the time to 8 HOURS.
To prepare the yogurt, you can also use the Instant Pot Yogurt Containers and Sterilization Tray, which will leave it portioned for the whole week.
When cooking is complete, press CANCEL and turn the steam release valve to “Venting”. Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and remove the yogurt. Keep refrigerated.
