This is me trying to get into c-pop and I already loved the trainees in idol producer so I'm happy to see them start forming groups. Oh and i have a question so the members of 9% can be in another group from there company I'm alittle confused on that and how 9% will work with the members?

yeah, they’re currently all in both groups which is a bit frustrating because you can tell how overworked they’re being. luckily banana, zhangjing and yanjun’s company, aren’t letting them be apart of trainee18’s debut coming up. i just feel like it’s too much

Idol Producer is taking the same route as P101 s1 where those who earned a debut spot can promote both in the show’s group and their company’s group. TBH I can see why Yuehua is pushing Nex7 now since China is still on an Idol Producer high and iQiyi hasn’t dropped any dates for Nine Percent’s debut (they only have an OST album of the songs from the show) even when Rocket Girls (female Idol Producer) already got a debut.

YueHua made an agreement with iQIYI before the show, that if there is any member debuting, they will still do the activities with their groups. Literally all the boys have individual schedules by now, though not every company can get as good resources as YH. iQIYI only makes them do fanmeetings and CFs, without any intention of releasing an album soon, even postpones their variety shows.
