Pero solamente fue titular en 2000. Cualquier jugadora que hubiera continuada en la selección lo habría conseguido. Regla Torres, Regla Bell, Marlenis Costa, fueron jugadoras que se retiraron por otras cuestiones pero que se ganaron todas sus medallas en la cancha, Mireya ya no tenía edad para ir a Athenas.

Zhu Ting has a shot at matching her, along with teammates Zhang Changning and Yuan Xinyue. They are currently 23, 22 and 21 respectively and can play through the 2028 Olympics.

Siberian Tiger they only have just 1 gold medal. Some of these Cubans won their first Olympic gold when they were teenagers. Torres was the youngest volleyball gold medalist at 17.

They failed at Tokyo. She will be close to 30 and 35 something for 2028. I think she can't do it.
