FLIGHT REVIEW:
The flight with ANA was a pleasant one. the check in attendants were very professional and polite at the same time. They are very efficient and quick in handling the check in procedure. it took me no time at all to check in for my flight.
The boarding process was also very smooth and efficient. After all passengers had boarded, the plane quickly taxied to runway and cleared for take off.
The cabin crew were very polite and accommodating to passengers' requests. Although i needed to repeat myself, as they could not understand my request but they keen to assist me in anyway possible. That is service!
The inflight meal was very tasty and generous too. The inflight bar and snacks are available in between first meal and second meal service which was very appreciated for this long haul flight.
The seat was also very comfortable. the wide legroom and the latest generation of shell seat which able to recline all the way without bothering other passenger behind you. It was definitely a memorable flight with ANA.
I would rate this flight experience with ANA All Nippon Airways : 9.5/10
