As a Filipino who was born in the Philippines but raised in America in the poor area I was exposed to gangs and criminals and parents who had to guidance or direction for us but basically most Filipino in the Philippines grows up in the poor barrios and see everything from gamblers Filipino casanova the poor street lady selling food and everyone else he was raised under a roof and not expose to the poor people just the rich so that explains it all
