I think that The Clone Wars series really delved into how dark Anakin truly was. And that he would go to any lengths to achieve something.

I really like the subtle nature of ROTS nature with Anakin's turning cause it's subtle lines with deep cuts that really sell it to me. The biggest to me is Windu stopping Anakin from joining them and saying "If you're right, than you have earned my trust.". That line pretty much sums up how Anakin thought the Council saw him. They used him as a spy. He goes against what he believes is right and virtuous. Reveals the great threat they have been searching for. Only to he told he can't be trusted and walks in on that same Jedi trying to kill a surrendering man. I know the clone wars added more layers but they were there from the beginning.

We could get more flashbacks exploring Anakin's trauma in AOTC. Leading up into the slaughtering of the Tusken Raiders, which manifests in anxiety or depression losing his mother. Including the emotional abuse, he’s endured at the hands of slavers when he was a child. Triggering a chain of events with Anakin showing dark side tendencies increasing his sense of despair, helplessness, and loss of faith in the system

I hope they explore more about "the warriors of light" in the Obi-Wan and Anakin comic, because it's confusing, they tell people how to call the jedi if you needed them, but then when Obi-Wan asked "what color was the lightsaber?" "Red, does it matter" and then they got interrupted, so we still don't know if they are Jedi or something else....

Depending on how much of Vader we actually see in the show I'd imagine it would be more focused on him proving his dark side to the Inquisitors, kinda the opposite of this scene. Obi-Wan might talk about the old Anakin days, but Vader would show the flip side.

Agreed, and you took the thoughts right from my head. I haven’t followed the comics over the years, and therefore missed out on shading and character-building scenes like this. This would indeed be a terrific flashback to provide more insight into Anakin’s gradual path to the Dark Side. Hopefully we’ll see at least one scene like this play out in live action.

I believe we're in dire need of a series, whether that be episodic shows, movies etc.. on the time between Phantom Menace and AOTC. That would be a gold mine, watching Anakin grow from Phantom Menace Anakin to AOTC in a show

They should recreate as many brief flashback moments from the Clone Wars series while they still have a young Hayden - things seen animated - but now re-created live action - moments that shaped his character between AOTC and ROTS. Heck even get a child actor to recreate a younger Anakin betwen TPM and AOTC in live action. Brief moments in his training that defined him as well,etc.

I like the idea of Kenobi getting stuck in deep thought reminiscing about where he went wrong with Anakin and what he could’ve done differently. They should make a show called “raising Anakin”

We have to keep in mind the scene of "Little Annie" fighting the bullies was cut from Phantom Menace, and as such the setup of his Dark Side pull wasn't really there beyond some Jedi Council dialogue. Had it been kept in the film, less fans would have said his change was sudden. See, when so much of the proper setup is to found in spinoffs, most people won't be aware of it, since they only see the movies.

I believe that true power is demonstrated when you react with maturity to the insults of others... as if you feel so confident in who you are and the gifts you have that you are unaffected by what the envy of others causes them to bring out of their hearts. i love seeing Anakin in these moments. You can see that he's never mastered his emotions and that he wears a mask to fit in. He snapped so quickly because he was never truly a jedi, not purely anyways. He enjoyed being the hero, showing off being the savior. He wasn't a bad person he just sadly truly was to old. Anakin in the end had really bad symptoms of antisocial personality disorder, he became super impulsive, selfish and violent even though he knew it was rong he chose to push the guilt down and do what he wanted. He really is a tragic hero that is a victim to his enviroment and upbringing, boy just needed some therapy and love lol

The Prequel Trilogy wasn't terrible it had great storytelling especially Revenge of The Sith something that Sequel Trilogy lacked but even The Sequel Trilogy wasn't completely terrible it had great visual effects, John Williams music, great performances from The Original Trilogy cast of our beloved characters from Carrie, Ford to Mark and the newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam designated DRIVER and Oscar Isaac. I know Obi-wan was a brother to Anakin but besides Ahsoka, we didn’t see a friend to Anakin not to my memory. I know the Obi-wan show is about Obi-wan, but id love a scene with Vader visiting Padme’s grave.
