I fear LIS as it can give incontinence. I think fissurectomy is a better choice in the long run.

Sir does the sphincter muscle of patient works after sphincterotomy. Does open LIS causes incontinence or fecal leakage?. If yes, when the incontinence will get settled.

Hello Sir, Thank you for the detailed information regarding surgical treatment! It's very helpful to us... I am suffering from fissure since 2.5 months and having 1 small sentinel tag.. Will you plz.tell me should I prefer for Botox treatment or LIS? Thanks in advance!

Sentinel tag laser may be better, pls consult operating surgeon for opinion.

Fissure also gives spasms. Mine is without pain or bleeding. I only get spasms

सर 2 महीने पहले IGIMS पटना में सर्जरी कराया है अब घाव भरने के बाद भी वहाँ से 3 दिन से कुछ लाल रिलीज हो रहा है अब क्या करें और ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है कृपया बतायें।।

I got external sentinel pile removed on anal verge then got the hypertrophic papilla removed. Now only the fissure remains from anal verge till dentate line.

Sir 1 may 2022 ko angioplast hua he aur 1 stent laga he abhi me fissure and anal tag ki problem se bahut pareshan hoon. Me kaunsa pain killer medicine lu jisse pain bhi kam ho heart par bhi effwct na ho. Please suugest

Jb tk soft stool hota h ...tb tk sb thik chalta h...lekin hard stool s problem fr s aa jati j...kya y problem wakai 100 % thik ho skti h... Kyuki koi adami kB tk parhez kare ...kabhi na kabhi glti ho hi jati h

Me too my doctor telled me for surgery in next 3 days because I have small and tight anal sphincter and sentinel tag due to fissure. My fissure is 4yr old so I don't feel to much pain . I only have pain at discharch

@@tss8929 abhi hard stool ki problem kafi kam hogaya hai muze shayad doctor ne dava di thi usse kam hogaya dava band kiye hue 3 mahine hua ab kabhi kabhi hard stool pass hota hai to bilkul thodi si taflik hoti hain aur is bimari ka kaisa hain ise hum puri tarah theek huye hain ye keh hi nahi sakte mere sath ye tisree baar jab muze vapis fissure hua tha aage aur ho sakta hain

Sir mera 3din pehle hard stool huwa tha aur stool ka shat thoda blood bhi nikal gya tha abhi return (anus) pe continue burning, itching, pain ho rha hai, aur uncomfortable feel ho rha hai, lekin abhi stool pe blood bhi nhi hai aur stool bhi normal hai. Kya yeh anal fissure hai ya or koi?
