Structural Equation Modeling ( #SEM ) is a powerful analytic tool that allows theory testing using confirmatory factor analyses and multiple regressions at the same time. Anderson & Gerbing (1988) set the foundation for how to analyze using SEM in two steps. I will review and two steps and share best practices from more contemporary articles.
