For today's video I went through every board in Mario Party Jamboree to see what I could find in terms of events, paths, UI, and any other little secrets just hanging out around the corner! Sit back, relax, and enjoy my almost hour long analysis of all the boards!

I find it funny how every time Nintendo says “There are this many boards in the game” everyone goes “But what if there’s more?!”

Exactly, they advertised 7. I’m expecting 7. The arguements for more boards in that board hub area are solid arguements but i think the extra small lace could just be leaving the door open to dlc. But i dont expect this game to even get dlc. With a new console on the horizon, their efforts will shift to a new Mario Party in 3 years for the new console

The first Mario Party has more boards than this one, which is considered a "Jamboree".

I really love how the item shops and boo stands are uniquely designed for each board as opposed to how they were in superstars. It’s the little things, it shows that they paid attention to details and gives me hope that this game will overall be better designed than the last ones

I hope the Reverse Minigames come back in the Bowser Spaces, such a fun idea having to lose to win

Wow that mall board is really shaping up to be the best one in the game. With the multiple floors and various events on each floor you can really map out different strategies with each playthrough.

Mario's rainbow castle looks like they're building something in the clouds, too. So maybe it's unlockable as well... ??

25:54 Just noticed that the two event spaces right before the bottom star space send you away from the star. It’s like a less devastating version of the Pogoda Peak event space.

those three plarforms in goomba lagoon aren’t floating, its coral connected to the ground below the red pipe in king bowsers keep seems to take you back to the beginning right where the platform is to get to the main area, and the pipe in the middle i think leads to the pip on the very right side on the map near those blue dots

I heard people might be worried about the Koopa Bank being gone in Western Land, even if it will be the case, I think it would be weird that this would be the only board with a Koopa Bank, at least the Hootenanny is still there

I love all boards from what we know so far hope they will play also brilliant! The only thing I really miss are... snow/ice theme boards! Only MP3 and MP6 got one D:

Yeah. I also feel like there always has to be a horror one. Like haunted trail in Mario party 10 and horror land in MPSS 👻

with both boo bell and golden pipes (in rainbow galleria) being accessible through events, im thinking they were taken out of the shops to make the more op items not as accessible. maybe hoping this is the case with most maps

It’s better to make them cost more imo, that way you can weigh up whether or not you want to try and earn that money back quickly for buying it if you are good enough

17:30 - I hope they let us play with up to 50 turns again. In the originals, 35 turns was "Standard Play", and now you aren't even allowed to go that high. I miss my marathon games.

As much as I'd love to be able to have 50 turns as the limit again, I just feel like NDCube is like set on 30 being the max for some reason. But maybe they can prove us all wrong

Bringing up the idea of missing the star in Roll 'Em Raceway actually made me excited for that board (which I thought was impossible cause I don't enjoy boards with little strategy 😅)

6:48 you can only go up or right, that bridge just loops back to the starting area, while the elevator most definitely just takes you straight to the third floor, no toll required, that 1.....3 just means it skips the second floor, which also means no Boo and yellow stamp for u if you go straight up like that, and something else to note is that there's spots in the board where you can interact with NPCs for something 17:28 they probably just did a short match to get all the footage they needed to showcase the board, so nothing to worry about 26:20 oooh if that's true that's gonna be so evil xd, though also give more sense to the Turbo Dice skipping events, they're more for after you passed the star and gotta quickly get back, rather than to finish a lap per se, which the extra push is cool, but you also skipping the shops and boos as well, so that gives more meaning and risk to the Turbo Dice than initially assumed, and those star spaces also explain why the finish line isn't in the other path, it's just the starting area xd 30:09 maybe a star is located right after that event space, so it's to troll you and force you out of the way xd And 57:01 dats for Pirate Land!! Okae no x,d, there's probably not gonna be DLC, but would be cool as heck if the game has even more boards, the 7 it already has is higher than your average Mario Party, so imma happy with this number, I'm excited for this game

I could see the elevator still having a fee since its a means of transportation that connects two opposite ends of the board. similar to mr. eye in horror land that also can take you to the opposite end of the board but costs a small amount to utilize.

Do you think there is an event space or you can pay coins to change the directions of the escalator? Like coconut mall? Or does that break the board ?

At this point I think the escalators are set in stone as to which direction they go. All events seem to be attached to something specific so I doubt that and I just don't see them making it a payment thing either with the potential payment thing being the elevator

I doubt the escalators would ever change direction since that would also mean that over half of the board would also have to change direction since floors two and three look to only have the one path.

I really hope they nerf the lucky spaces. They were way to op in Superstars. Getting something between 15 and 20 coins is way too much. A minigame should be the main thing where you can get coins

I must humbly disagree with you on that. One of the reasons on why I'm able to play _Maio Party Superstars_ in a competitive way is because I can get Coins from Lucky Spaces - not just from stopping on Blue Spaces and Koopa Bank Spaces, and winning minigames.

@@StevenVillman I respect you opinion. I would just prefer if they gave us players options at the beginning of the game (not only for lucky spaces). Then you can play with lucky spaces and I can play without them. I personally find it just very frustrating that minigame wins are not the main source to get coins. Also some maps are extremely overloaded with lucky spaces like Horror Land. I do not mind a few lucky spaces but it is too much if they are as frequent as blue spaces

1:06 that doesn’t look like Rainbow Castle to me. The tower just isn't there and a giant Koopa head is instead. I reckon that's an area for another game mode and rainbow castle is somewhere else

It's probably an unlockable board like Bowser's Keep and Western Land, which are in that same unfinished state

21 feels like a weird number for the game so I'm gonna say either 24 or 26. Any more than that would be shocking to me, but I wouldn't be upset with it

What if the piraña plants on wiggler are like peach bday cake? Do you think they would re use that mechanic?

@@ConnorCondria and they're already set up, the ones at PBC needed to be planted first, and these look more like the ones from 8, that were right behind their spaces like these ones
