Just incase anyone didn’t know. Kirby’s version of the Neutral special gets 1.2x damage Multiplier. So if a Neutral Special deals 30%, Kirby’s version deals 36%

This video is entertaining to watch purely because it’s fun to watch a tier list that is definitely 100% casual player only. Hearing Mario and Pikachus’ neutral b described as “not good” tears my brain in half and hearing the same about Bowser neutral b completely destroyed it but it also reminds me of when I didn’t even know how to do smash attacks.

As someone who is a somewhat competitive (have every character in elite smash) Kirby main, I can find useful applications for every copy ability. Nonetheless, I agree that this is a very entertaining video, and always love seeing the casual perspective. I just love this game all in all.

I mean, i think even in casual bowsers fire is pretty powerful. I literally yesterday beat my friend in a casual game kirby v bowser and the second stock was 90% fire breath kirby

As a kirby main, most of the abilities you'd want to suck. Kirby's base neutral B isn't very good unless you're fighting against a character that is easy to dance around. Or if you want to do toxic "spit people out at the bottom of the stage and then recover" technique but I try to avoid that as it isn't very fun. If the copy ability is a projectile, you want it almost all the time.. Kirby can make good use of any projectile since the only one he has himself is his up-B's wave. If the copy ability is a charged punch like DK's it is also useful. Kirby has multiple jumps, you can just charge it and wait for when they least expect it. Kirby has to get close to do damage anyway, so it's pretty easy to mix it into your attacks as a finisher. Attacks like Falcon Punch are super useful too, as Kirby's multiple jumps makes it easy to use with mindgames. This applies to Marth and Lucina's too, as there's a lot of tricks you can do with it.

I agree here. Except for the captain falcon one. For me I use down tilt and the spam dair and fair in a combo and sometimes rock for mix-ups.

You're sleeping on Steve's neutral b ability. Every time he produces a block he gets all of his jumps back. Infinite jumps is pretty awesome, especially on custom stages where he isn't limited in where he can place them.

As a Bowser main I'm offended you don't see the usefulness of a quick effortless wide aoe move that interrupts and/or stuns enemies long enough to combo them.

mario and pika copy abilities are actually pretty strong - the original characters get a lot of mileage out of fullhopping and then throwing the projectile, and kirby can go even crazier with them because he has multi jumps

This video is from a casual player, not a player who actually tries to get combos. I woudl say professional, but I myself don't go to competetions but I play only on omega stages with no items.

Most copy abilities that give kirby a projectile are good, even if they are charge and stand still, because you can just use the weaker version of them. Kirby is so slow in the air that a projectile is really useful to him. Also if a copy ability comboes from forward throw or up tilt even if only at low %, it's probably worth taking

I did not know Kirby's attacks had shorter range, but I also just learned from the comments that Kirby's attacks deal more damage than from the other characters

So basically this is a smash tier list from a very clearly casual player. Interesting. And I know he's 100% casual because he thinks Bowser's fire breath is a bad move. Do not take this list seriously if you actually want to know which neutral specials are good, even on Kirby. Like really I don't want to hate on someone who clearly isn't trying to be very serious but almost everything he said was wrong except the big chargable ball moves.

Samus is one of the best, Kirby’s short height lets you hit the Charge Shot at ledge. Also you can combo from Forward and get like 50%

This video has unironically convinced me that Kirby is one of the best characters in the game based purely on aesthetics alone lmao I haven't seen some of his DLC copy abilities so seeing him as piranha plant or with a JRPG wig on like Pyra/Sephiroth's is just top tier hilarious to me 🤣 and his Mii Fighter costume wtf 😭😭

Mii brawler's shot put is actually great as the strongest projectile in the game and a good edgeguarding tool. Plus, its an entity which has funni ramifications

A keyblade without the physicality of the real thing, sure, and without the cutesy facade of kirby's usual powers, but at the very least it was able to mimic the keyblade's power as a magic focus.

Hearing him say Steve’s copy is bad makes my ears hurt, that shit gives the most height if you just keep jumping and using it, even if Kirby has air motion already. You can literally stay away from your opponents for so long!

Hello Astronaut , i am writting this here even though it propably should be on your previus video but i fear that it will just be lost in the sea of comments because i found it too late . (Its my opinion on it) (PS : The Kirby video was very fun , and when you are bored give Pyra/Mythra a try , they are fun characters to play as) I overall agree with your messege , but i disagree with some of the stuff you said . (and i think it started to drag around the meddle to a bit after that) Still no hard feelings , people can have difrent opinions . Thats , , , a basic part of what makes us human . And the end basically encapulates how i feel about the subjeck (Fun fact , i have been a fun for some time but had never really noticed your skin color befpre you brought it up , , , , was more focused on the helmet , its a nice helmet )

As someone who never wants to or would touch smash but is a huge kirby fan: Does kirby have a hammer? If not, dedede should’ve given him the hammer. Because hammer is OP (in kirby games, at least)

game and kirby is a menace, just like a good g&w can be dedede kirbys suck is actually a straight upgrade to the blow cheese, so its a succ both aegis neutrals can be stopped early to do a shorter less damaging combo
