It was her concert..and in that particular performance she's starting to lose her voice, coz she was feeling under the weather on the day of her concert.

Hmm saying that the song's boring means that you didn't pay attention to the original song, its content and intent. There's a reason why the song became wildly popular enough for Morissette to cover it in her concert, not to mention it having Oscar-nominated. This was not a deep dive.
