Mutual funds and Insurance are also regulated by it's own respective governing body but still they give a disclaimer that it is subject to market risk, when anything is subject to the market risk then regulatory doesn't have any role into play. That means anything that involves speculation has got it's own pros and cons.. Banks, Institutions and corporations have all been created just to regulate business. Blockchain is a system that has been created to create an intermediary less business environment..
