It happened with me also once they cancelled my 3 orders and when i tried to contact customer care they said that we r not deliverying now in ur area & funny part is m staying in main city hyderabad..

Ek baat btao Agar return krti bhi hai to isme bura kya hai matlab wo review kar rahi hai to jaruri thodi hai ki sab dress rakhegi hi....
