Anarosher Chatni or Pineapple chutney- Chutney is a must at the end of a traditional Bengali meal, in Indian recipes, the term "Chutney" not just refers to store-bought preserved chutneys, but also homemade fresh fruits and vegetable chutneys, such as
Tomato chutney, Mango chutney!
This Pineapple chutney is very easy to make, just try to avoid the canned Pineapple, try to use the fresh one, here is the ingredient list:
700 gm grated Pineapple
20 gm Cashew 15 pieces
15 gm Raisin 30 pieces
1 cup sugar
½ of Lemon juice
1 dry Red Chili
Pinch of salt
