Not sure about the claim that only post enthronement where the Space Marines required to be young adolescents. When the Emperor came to Caliban, he turned the teenagers into marines but others, notably Luther, just couldn't fully convert into Space Marines and just had augments and other stuff done to them, which made Luther even more resentful, feeling he was left behind.

Funny thing is Guilliman created Primaris space marines, superior to the Emperors Astartes, having 3 additional organs and taller and heavier. So much of 40k makes no sense

And 4:26 you have Space Marines and you have Sisters of Battle in the same image, except 🤔 only the men become Space Marines. Who's to say a woman can't ever undergo ome or two implantation procedures though?

Without every augmentation combined, you aren't a full Astartes. Even characters like Luther or Kor Phaeron weren't considered full Astartes because some augmentations can only be implanted while the subject is prepubescent

Get this heresy out of here. Space marines are male because it’s specifically stated in the lore everything is keyed to the male genome and hormones as a well as what happens naturally in male puberty, but with suped up “science” and additional organs. Maybe in lore Cawl could amend the process to allows females to obtain some benefits, but a lot of the growth and increase in mass comes from gene seed interacting with male hormones as mcuh as the diet and everything else. Enough including everyone in everything.
