You consistently have the very best Anbennar content on youtube. I love how you cover your own gameplay by weaving it into a detailed account of the game's narrative as it unfolds. It allows you to provide strategy advice even while focusing on the excellent setting and lore that Anbennar has to offer. You strike the perfect balance in a way that no other paradox youtuber can. There is some that say the eldritch horrors are behind every driving event in Anbennar, the City of Bones the Leechdeens etc each have some eldritch being so its pretty gnarly stuff seeing it basically being confirmed with verkal dromak's missions.

That matches most of my experiences in trying to get Verkal Dromak as early as possible. To clarify the main reason to use Lorent, is the gold and manpower one receives at the start, which I believe depends on your income and max manpower respectively. You do not necessarily start near Hul-az Krakazol, just any uncolonized province in the Tree of Stone Region, I think that is generated when the event spawns. Which is why it might be good to save the game in 12/1469. Technically the Command can be drained of manpower, I reached that point after ~ 300k kills, but if the time investment is to large it isn't worth it. It takes at least 2 wars to win and if possible one should have the reclaimer buff for both. As for the first war, earlier is better, the Command has 4 pips at tech 1 and gets 5 at tech 9, you also get 5 pips at tech 9. That in turn means rushing mil gives a chance for a pip advantage. It is worthwhile to drill as much as possible for the extra manpower. The underground tunnel from Tree of Stones to Jade Mines counts as a crossing and takes a long time to traverse. It's possible to force a defensive battle by waiting until the enemy is locked into movement or placing a fort there and making use of the extra -1 from crossing. It is also noteworthy that forming Verkal Dromak is easier in the bitbucket version because it includes Haless which often leaves the command weaker. In my last attempt Stolen Gem was already released and during my war the Raj had them release Blackstep ,allowing me to conquer them by 1505. btw don't vassalize Stolen Gem, it'll wreck your coring range.

Can anyone tell me what the final mission is/does for this tag? I played them but couldn't find the relic needed to activate the final mission. I searched the entire world and couldn't get it. I feel like I've wasted a lot of time :/

IMO, you can exploit the Command's AI and its worth hammering them down three or even four times, simply to utterly wrench them out of the mountains.

Bruh The mission tree looks great but maybe I never get to try it, tried 3 times today #1 The option never showed for me as Lorent despite holding those provinces #2 same, this time as rubyhold (maybe Devs changed who spawns Axebellow??) #3 tag switched manually and rushed over, command already smashed haless in 1470... Oof
