Its my opinion, i find his question as whimsical, capricious, oppressive etc. I Have no question that he has the authority as a Senator but i can really sense of what is his point and its obviously not for legislation purposes but to convict a person outright. I AGREE, WE SHOULD ALWAYS GIVE RESPECT TO LEGISLATIVE BRANCH (yes, i am) but for likes of trillanes its hypocrisy. Anyway, the commissioner is a bit emotional.
