The defense is not stupid, they do their best but this trial is politically driven. From the start of the trial is already stupid, omitting some assets from the saln is not ground for impeachment. Try to listen to MDS for you to be enlightened. Morales here is a witness but she is a witness that could ask a questions that is why she was called by MDS while cross examining her and admitted for her fault. High tingin nya sa sarili nya, witness sya dito hindi judge at hindi nya office to. Cross examined c Morales dito for her functions and details of the documents presented bakit parang nahirapan o ayaw nyang sagutin.

It is simply because Former Ombudsman Carpio-Morales knows her law. She knows how to properly utilize the powers made available to her by the Constitution and the various legislations made by Congress.

Actually it is acceptable considering the contents of said document came from another source, which is an official agency. The Ombudsman was clearly the middleman in this. And yes, she just said that the documents were delivered to her by the head of AMLC himself. Did you not watch?
