you are a Practice Lawyer sir, that reward given by government who is not obey the law is rightful, because your client is ignoring the warrant of arrest given by judge, who is he to ignore it, if he is not guilty at all, he must present himself to face and fight for his innocent, did you the section of constitution that any person ignore his warrant of arrest , in he choice to hide, it will consider at large and he will face on fugitive,, it's not your business where the bounty came from,,,it is government prerogative that will be explain when Quiboloy after arrest.

Hearing this interview with Atty. Tapacio, there is really an urgent need to pass a Jury Law to be part of our Judicial System in order that true and speedy and just despension of fair justice to all. I have copy of the draft proposed Jury law, drafted by a Filipino lawyer who is already based in California.

Bakit anong nagawa nya na crime labag sa batas? May conviction na ba sa kanya? Alam mo ba ang sinasabi mo? Unless a person is guilty beyond reasonable doubts you cannot consider a person fugitive! Reward money was not sourced from an illegal bounty. Tell your client to surrender. Gumagawa ka lang ng hakbang to convince your client that you are working hard.
