I got one today and easy to set it up. but mine doesn't retrieve the vehicle VIN and CVN1. If it is faulty and I have to return to Amazon. Any advise?

Don’t pair it. It’s BT4.0 BLE, just run the app.

9:17 battery is not as strong. The engine does not start up that fast. My driving lessons car had a Golf 7.5 1.6TDI and because it has start stop like you the engine SHOULD start very very quick. But your engine slows very slow

Yes, as said in the video, battery should be replaced.
