Hey Frank great video thanks. I’ve got an 08 plate A6 C6. There’s some problem with either the EGR or the injectors I think but now the glow plug light is flashing. Do you think this VD500 would tell me what the problem is? I’m comparing this vs the VD700 vs the Autophix V007 vs Xtool v401.... or trying to. Cheers

What cable are you using for the VCDS? Can you post the link?

why is my vd500 saying theres no fault codes stored even tho ive updated it

Yes many problems with device.....not used for a while but there were several firmware updates to the device. Talk to support, they answered some queries for me. Cheers, pls sub. Thanks

some functions are universal but that model is specific to VWs and a few other makes. Check out the ANCEL web site.
