Hey everyone!! Storyteller here with a note: I've shared this before, but I've narratively homebrewed part of our story where the Lysander children's sires who are of higher generation/BP have essentially "diluted" their own blood upon the embrace. With this, each of the Lysander children started their unlife at 13th Gen, regardless of their sire's generation. The method of embrace was merely transactional, and Silas Sr. only wanted the "best of the best" for his children, which is why he picked powerful sires for each of them. But, of course, he didn't want his children having TOO much power which is why they still all started at 13th gen!

I feel like I'm V5 generation is a bit more wishy washy so I don't think there's anything wrong with having new vampires starting at low potency and sort of growing into the full use of their power I think it makes lots of sense too with loads of kindred in the 12, 13, Caitiff and thinblood era that with those really low numbers sometimes another of the same generation comes out, but sometimes it's a downgrade

The only Lysander I thought was not 13 Gen is Dorian due to diablerie which his mother's teaching him.

@WhitneyAllisonGG yes that's correct! Should clarify they all started at 13th. Now Dorian is 12th and the rest are 13th

Yeah, I thought that was a cool touch. And absolutely something blood sorcery Kevin Jackson would have required before granting childer rites to a political rival

With that many successes, I was half expecting my favorite Tremere to go "I'm the Sylas Lysander here!", provoking his father into a fury frenzy.

I live in Chicago but am fully convinced Malort stays in business as a prank Chicagoans play on out of towners in fairness, its a very funny prank to make people drink Malort (Also it was delightful to see Val back!)
