I'm European and I know a bit about this thru reading Amos tutuola. Wole soyinka. Jacob olupona. Toy in falola and Ben okri and others. I need to be more positive myself. I love the Bata and the other yoruba drums. This is a great video. Ancestral religions have great wisdom.

I remembered growing up in Osun State...this festival is one of the most anticipated event in town for everyone. Even the so called priests and pastors observe them...then THE great Osun Osogbo?! a.k.a Yemoja.
@jamelcherry6634 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your response. One correction though, Osun Osogbo is not Yemoja. They are two different orisa. They are both river deities but different.

I advice you to go for a deliverance at a good church because as it gave something to you, it took something in return

Christianity is the stolen spiritual system of ancient Egypt. Your modern version is full of paganism and idolatry. So you are pot calling the kettle black. You worship pictures of a man painted by another man. You pray to a cross a piece of wood seeking deliverance. You disrepect the Creator by making things created by the hands of men equal to him.the devil is fooling you.so don't judge another person way of life.cause you are no better. Christianity has enslaved Africans brought to the new world where today they suffer from racism and discrimination. These are the same people who gave you Christian religion. You are worshiping the anti Christ not God the Creator
