In this video, I show you how to make a delicious loaf of bread using 100% ancient einkorn grains. We start by grinding fresh grains with a mill and end up with a beautiful warm loaf of sourdough bread in just a few hours!
Ancient grains are those that haven't been changed by selective breeding and hybridization. Einkorn is still the same genetically as it was thousands of years ago, while modern wheat is very different. This means everything from the type of gluten, protein content and even the nutrition is different.
Many people (like me) who don't tolerate modern wheat well are able to eat einkorn wheat!
