I personally wouldn't. If they want to celebrate and be against the will of our creator then let them do so. They will probably play Christmas music, some families watch movies, that sort of thing. We are to be set apart from the world although we still fall to sin. These celebrations are far easier to avoid than lets say lust, pride, etc. They might want to give you gifts which you would have to deny as that stems from something to do with Zeus( apparently he's the god of hospitality or something.) The book of jubilees mentions not accepting gifts and think it applies to this kind of thing.
