In this video, we discuss my perspective on Deepak Chopra's interpretation of the Law of Least Effort and how it could be used to stop trying and applying excessive effort for no reward.
There are 3 main ways to begin practicing the Law of Least Effort; acceptance, responsibility, & defencelessness. In my own experience, if even one of these detachment practices are applied, then detaching from outcomes, physical circumstances, and people becomes relatively easy.
