The Mic'd up moments tell you alot about the between moments, but also about the player and his relationship with his peers. Jokic is so well-liked because of his skills, but is humble nature resonates throughout his team.

@@samuelgomes2459 Yes my friend, I am 34 years old and have been watching the Nuggets my whole life, I still cannot believe they did it thanks to The Joker, Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, KCP, MPJ and the rest of the team Bruce Brown, Christian Braun, Jeff Green, Deandre Jordan, Vlatko Cancar, Ish Smith, Thomas Bryant, all of them did such a great job and I am sad that basketball is over but it's so cool that they won and The Joker is now 2 time regular season MVP, 1 time Western Conference Finals MVP and 1 time NBA Finals MVP, the guy is incredible, averaging 30 points, 13.5 rebounds and 9.5 assists for the whole entire post season that's incredible!

Embiid took shots at Jokić yesterday, and tonight he’s skipping their most anticipated matchup ever. He hasn’t played Jokic in Denver in 4 years but is always available to play him in Philly. Tonight's tactical DNP was to avoid blowing the MVP chances, but Embiid's odds just got worse on every sportsbook 😬 This should make Joker the clear favorite then. Played more games, didn’t duck him when it was time to go to Philly, and don’t get me started on the stats. Gotta beat the best to be the best on their home floor.

idk how is Embiid even in conversation for the MVP near the guy who averages 25 triple double, with highest +/- in Leauge(with his first seeeded team) and the guy who is one of the best deffenders in Leauge, and the best player in best team in the Leauge currentley. It should be debated Jokić or Giannis, with slight edge to Joker of course. Embiid and his 33+ average points mean nothing, if his team has better win rate without him than with him on the floor.

See this is the jokic that everybody should be seeing right now! The happy cool buddy, the leader that gets on two players before the coach does and gets on the coach for not getting on the players, his leadership with positive reinforcement for like a minute straight and each clip is like 3 seconds!!! Jokic don't jump high, don't have elite rim protection defense BUT in this video 90% of content is how he orchestrated teammates in defense, tell them what to do, where to be etc... He IS elite team positioning defender with highest IQ on the floor with excellent hands/deflections and steals = he is not elite but he is very good in defense! Not even close to narrative that media try to produce about him on that side of the game.

He just doesn't make an ass of himself in the clubs or on social media so we rarely have a reason to talk about him outside of basketball. But if the NBA and media made a concerted effort to get this guy in front of people's eyes mixed with winning they'd fall in love with him. People thought Luka was a charisma blackhole until his series against Phoenix and videos of him afterward and of course luka magic against the Knicks. Same thing with Giannis until they saw what a sweet, smart and funny guy he is. "Why can't I shoot? God gave me athleticism, defense, handsome, size and dunking. God decided it would ruin the NBA if I could shoot too. So blame him."
