8 no eggs
3 onion
3 tomatoes
2-3 green chilli
15 no garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
2-3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp degi mirch powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
chop coriander

Great recipe chef. Tried it and it was great. So simple yet delicious. However I forgot that I pit salt in the eggs while marinating so ended up with a bit salty dish. Can you please give a tip on how to fix the dish if you accidentally put additional salt... ???? Love from Sydney..
