I am chiefs supporter, Andile is a national treasurer. My question is this, do big team have to really dump players when they are getting old, it doesn't matter when you retire at the club you should still be eligible to get your spot as a legend. I mean Bennet Parker should retire and go to Chiefs. AJ should go to sundowns that's it

Why do all people (players for instance) leave Sundowns they don't prosper elsewhere their careers go blank. Andile, Mpho, Oupa, Shakes, George L and George M, Lerato, kama Billiat, the list is on and endless. Steve six months, this Boy 'RM' left the team for Pirates and Chippa less than six months, he had to go back to the team. Why Robert?

I remember seeing him playing for the national team from Belgium, wearing #10 and I thought I saw a Jali without the unnecessary attitude. I believed being overseas was was slowing down the unwanted side and encouraging the undeniable talent underneath, but my heart broke when he decided to return home 🙆🏾‍♂️. I knew that was the beginning of the end.

So they went on a strike basically, going to work and not working. Bad communication from Club, I think the approach was bad from both sides. But don't blame the club for calling off the games, if there haven't trained how we're there expecting to play.

Jali seems to be ill-informed on a lot of fundamental aspects of employment contract. You come to work and, once you there you refuse to take your manager's lawful orders or instructions then that's defiance of Authority/insubordination and it can warrant a dismissal If you decide not to carry out your duties as an employee as some kind of protest for not being paid, you should be very careful. There's ways and channels to go about it, you can't just.

It's only after the grace period that you can take matters further but Not "according to what you think is right" NO. There's internal company procedures. You can take the matter to the Department of Labour, if you qualify, after you were not satisfied with the internal processes. kuningi bro, be careful ingenjalo uzogxothwa.
